Common questions

Who can apply?

For-profit product companies with a live product. Work email on your domain. No cold outreach. One grant per company. Not agencies, consultancies, or resellers.

What do I get?

A time-boxed Starter or Growth stop — 50k, 125k, or 250k emails a month — labeled Startup in your workspace. Same email product as paid customers. SMS and dedicated IPs aren't included; SMS turns on when you move to a paid plan.

When does it end?

Founder: 3 to 6 months. Seed: 3 to 12. Partner: 6 to 12. We set the length when we approve, and your dashboard shows the end date. Then pick a paid plan or you drop to Free.

What counts as cold outreach?

Email to people who never signed up for your product or asked to hear from you, B2B prospecting included, and any bought, scraped, or rented list. Our Acceptable Use Policy bans it on every plan.

Who gets the Partner track?

Companies backed by an accelerator or VC fund we work with directly. They give you the code. It needs your work email on your company domain.

Do I need a card?

No. We review applications.

Program terms

We review every application. We can approve or decline any application at our discretion.

Lengths are a guide. Track lengths are not a promise and may change. We set your grant's length when we approve it.

No cold outreach. Email only people who signed up for your product or are your customers. No bought, scraped, or rented lists, and no unsolicited prospecting, B2B included.

We can end a grant early. If we suspect abuse, our systems flag your workspace, or you break these terms, our Terms of Service, or our Acceptable Use Policy, we can end or shorten your grant at any time, with or without notice.

Our other terms still apply. Our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy apply in full. A grant doesn't lift sending limits, account reviews, or suspensions.

One per company. One grant per company, once. It can't be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

Accurate information. Your application must be accurate. We may ask for proof, such as a company-domain email or your funding stage.

When it ends. Your workspace moves to Free unless you pick a paid plan, and nothing is deleted. We email you a month and a week before.

Showcase is opt-in. We list your company name or logo only if you opted in on the form. Email startups@unitpost.com to opt out at any time.

Changes. We can change or end the program and these terms at any time.
